The Coventry Building Society Arena is situated Situated in the heart of the UK and is within a two-hour drive of 75% of the population. Visitors from any direction can travel to the Coventry Building Society Arena directly using the following motorways – M1, M6, and M40.

The Coventry Building Society Arena is signposted on motorways and major roads and is marked on most good maps. If you are traveling by car, we recommend that you allow plenty of time for your journey.

Please be aware that a Sat-nav may not direct you into an onsite car park. Upon arrival please follow the clearly signposted directions to an on-site car park.

There will be signage on arrival directing you where to go.

The nearest train station to the Coventry Building Society Arena is Coventry Arena Train Station, a five-minute walk to the venue doors.

You can also travel to Coventry Train Station. Regular trains connect the two stations along with regular Bus and Taxi services.

London is only 55 minutes away and trains also run directly from many regional towns and cities.​

Hundreds of services per day

Coach services are operated by National Express and Megabus, with daily services from across the UK to the Coventry Building Society Arena.

There are a number of buses that drop off at the Retail Park opposite the Coventry Building Society Arena (approx 10 min walk).

  • Service 4 provides a link to the Retail Park from Holbrooks and Walsgrave (Univesity Hospital) via the City Centre and Stoke Hill with buses running all day, every day.
  • Service 5 links the Retail Park with Holbrooks and Coundon continuing on to Earlsdon and Torrington Avenue via the City Centre with buses running every day

Services 2020A and 20E all serve the Retail Park via Foleshill Road from the City Centre with frequent buses throughout the day.

National Express Coventry operates a special non-stop service directly from Pool Meadow Bus Station to Judd’s Lane at the Coventry Building Society Arena.

Only special tickets are valid on this service (other season tickets and passes are not valid) – buy your ticket when you board any National Express Coventry bus and use to get to the Ricoh Arena and all day on any National Express Coventry service.



Birmingham International Airport is located within a twenty-minute drive directly to the complex.

You can book flights directly to and from Birmingham International from most domestic and international airports. It’s always good to book your flights early to get the best deal.​

The Eurostar is an effective way to reach London when traveling from France, Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, or Switzerland. Once in London, you can reach the Coventry Building Society Arena in less than an hour by rail. We recommend that you book early to secure the best price as fares can sometimes be as low as £29 return from Paris to London.​
